~Sold~
I promised myself ‘NO MORE PORTRAITS’, then I painted this one. There’s no sense resisting. My friend Regan does have the most killer blue eyes. Even in black and white, I knew they would be piercing. But I thought the title could be interpreted as being ‘blue’ or feeling the blues, or ‘black & blue’ since her eyes are dark. I am waiting for someone to be as attracted to this painting as I am, but if it doesn’t sell, I certainly wont mind keeping it for myself.
